D Permanent In-Vehicle Hardware Installation
Direct Connect Hub Installation
Use the following guidelines for installing the E6473B hub in
your vehicle:
Choose a suitable location for the in-vehicle chassis - you must
have access to the front and back of the unit.
The location must be flat and capable of taking the four locating
screws/bolts (refer to
Figure 66 ).

Mounting the E645x receiver
Use the following guidelines for installing the Agilent E645x
receiver:
• Locate a flat surface of the vehicle to which the base plate
can be securely attached.
• Attach the base plate to the vehicle using the hardware
provided.
