Operating the oven
Caution
Your electronic oven features Touch-Control
technology. To operate, simply touch the control
symbols on the glass with your fingertip.
The touch control sensitivity continuously
adapts to changing conditions. Make sure the
glass surface of the control panel is clean and
free of obstacles when plugging in the oven.
If the oven does not respond correctly when you
touch the glass, you will need to unplug it oven
for a few seconds and then plug it back in.
Doing this causes the sensors to adjust
automatically so that they will react once more
to fingertip control.
Very important
In the event of power failure, your oven
programme settings will be erased and 12:00
will flash on the clock display. Reset the clock
and programme the oven again.
Setting the time on the Electronic Clock
• When you plug in the oven, you will notice
that 12:00 will flash on the clock. You will
also notice that you will be asked to select
the language of the messages on the text
display.
• Touch or on the glass to select the
language. Next, choose the selected
language by touching the display.
• Touch + and – on the glass to set the clock
time.
• You will hear two beeps confirming your
selection.
• The selected time will be shown on the
display.
Operating the oven
To cook with your oven, touch . You will
then see the different oven use options on the
display.
• Access cooking functions . This
enables you to select the cooking function
by combining different heat sources.
• Cooking recipe selection . Simply put
the food into the oven and indicate its
weight on the display; the oven will cook it
for you automatically.
• Oven settings . Access the different
options to customise your oven settings.
• Programming the electronic clock .
Programme timer functions for use with
your oven.
If you do not select any function or recipe,
the oven will turn itself off again, showing
only the current time.
Important information about operating the
oven.
Take the following information into account
when programming your electric oven:
1. When you see or lit up in red, you
will be able to touch them to scroll through
the menus or to change values. If the
symbols are not lit up, they will not respond
to touching.
2. If the symbols are shown within in the
text display, they can be touched to access
menus or functions. If they are not, they are
only for information purposes.
