S8. Alarm duration

This function allows you to choose the
duration of the alarm at the end of a cooking
programme or recipe.

After touching S8, touch

or

to select

the duration of the cooking stop alarm. Finally,
touch the value on the display to accept the
selection.

S9. Child lock.

If you select this option, the oven will be locked
when not in use to prevent children from
operating it. To unlock the oven, press the +
and – sensors at the same time.

After touching S9, you will be asked whether
you want to enable the child safety lock or not.
Select your preferred option.

S10. Delete memory.

This function allows you to delete memories,
freeing them up so that more recipes can be
saved. After touching S10, touch

or

to

search for the memory that you want to delete.

When you find the memory to delete, touch

M… to select it. The oven will ask you to

confirm whether you want to delete the
memory. If you do not want to delete it, touch
the arrow to leave the menu and go back to the
previous display.

Touch Confirm Delete to accept. Next, you will
see a message indicating that the chosen
memory has been deleted.

S11. Demo Function.

This function allows you to operate the oven
without it heating up. This tool is for use by the
Technical Assistance Service.

After touching S11, you will be asked whether
you want the oven to operate in Demo mode or
not. Select your preferred option.

S12. Restore settings.

This function allows you to restore the initial
factory settings. Any custom settings will be
deleted apart from the clock time.

After touching S12, you will be asked whether
you want to restore the oven to its factory
settings. Select your preferred option.

Oven cooking functions

The functions described below offer you a wide
range of cooking options. Make use of the table
of cooking times provided with this manual for
optimum results.

Top/bottom heat

This function is for use when baking cakes
where the heat should be even to give a spongy
texture.

Top heat

For when you need to heat food gently. Plate
warming.

Bottom heat

Heat only comes from lower part. Suitable for
warming dishes or letting dough or similar
products rise.

Grill and bottom heat

Ideal for roasts. This setting can be used with
any size cuts of meat.

Grill

Toasting and browning. This setting allows the
surface to be cooked without affecting the
inside of the food. Suitable for flat foods such
as steaks, ribs, fish and open toasted
sandwiches.
