Fasten door to hinge using reinforcing hinge plates (2) and 6 pc -¼”carriage bolt, ¼” lock washer and ¼”nut per
hinge. Align and tighten. Hinge plates must be inside door as shown.
Install locking bar. Use carriage bolts (6¼in. x 1in.), 6 5/16” washers, 6pc ¼” washers and 6pc ¼” nuts as
shown above. Ensure rounded head of carriage bolt is on outside of building.
