Suspend Mode [S1(POS)]
Use the Suspend Mode option to specify the sleep state the system enters when it is not
being used.

Caches are flushed, CPU stops executing instructions,
power to CPU and RAM maintained and some peripheral
devices powered down

Same as S1, but CPU state is written to RAM, and CPU is
powered off
