Q: Capture card, driver, application and input source are ready, but the recorded video is
not displayed or displayed incorrectly.
A: In this situation, a correct video codec may be needed to display the recorded video --
the ffdshow codec for example.
Q: How do I check the current DirectX version?
A: In Windows, navigate to Start
Æ Run Æ Type ‘dxdiag’ Æ Enter. The current version is
displayed in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window.
Q: Input source and encoding are both set to 1080 60p, but the application cannot
encode.
A: The chip is critical for input stream timing. Make sure the input stream frequency is
1080 60p.
