CPU Configuration
The CPU Configuration submenu displays CPU settings such as type,
actual speed, cache size and other CPU related settings.
Parameter Description Option
Processor Type Type of processor currently installed in
the server.
Processor
Speed The processor speed is the speed at
which a microprocessor executes
instructions. Clock speeds are expressed
in megahertz (MHz), with 1 MHz being
equal to 1 million cycles per second. The
faster the clock, the more instructions
the CPU can execute per second.
CPU Socket1 Indicates a processor is currently
installed in the CPU 1 socket. Refer to
“Mainboard layout” on page 14 for the
location of the CPU 1 socket.
