it is contained in the product.

Proof of purchase in the form of a “Bill of Sale/ Invoice” (which is evidence
that the product is within the warranty period) must be presented to obtain
warranty service.

With respect to any and all service provided, it is YOUR responsibility to
backup the contents of your hard drive, including any personal data and
software that you have installed on the hard drive. It is very likely that the
contents of the hard drive will be reformatted or erased in the course of
service and GQ will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any
damage to or loss of software programs, personal/business data and/or any
other information stored on any media or any part of the product serviced.

IF DURING THE REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT THE CONTENTS OF THE
HARD DRIVE ARE ALTERED, DELETED, OR IN ANY WAY MODIFIED,
GQ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE WHATSOEVER. GQ’S ONLY OBLIGATION
WILL BE TO RETURN THE MACHINE TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE AS IT
WAS WHEN ORIGINALLY PURCHASED. (SUBJECT TO SOFTWARE
AVAILABILITY)

This limited warranty does not cover any third party parts or software added
to the product after purchase or any damage caused to the product by the
installation of such third party products. Further, this limited warranty does
not cover any physical damages, cosmetic damages, loss to any software
programs or any other electronically stored data or damage due to (a) acts
of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modifications to this
