reference and displayed as Room Temp. If the switch is in the OFF position
then Sensor 1 is selected as the reference and displayed as the Room Temp.
SWX5-115/230v Switch
This switch selects the line voltage. The voltage positions are labeled on the
switch. IMPORTANT: THIS SWITCH MUST BE SET TO THE
CORRECT POSITION BEFORE PLUGGING THE UNIT INTO
POWER SOURCE.
6.3 Farm Hand 8-ST Switch Settings
Note: The SWX1 and SWX2 operate individually.
The SWX3 and SWX4 switches operate in combination as shown in Table 2.

SWX1-Fahrenheit/Celsius
This switch toggles between Fahrenheit and Celsius operation. If the switch is
set to ON, the controller will display the temperature as Fahrenheit. If the
switch is set in the OFF position,

C is selected as display units. (Note: If
you change the switch, you will have to reset your Target Temperature).
SWX2-5/10 Minute Timer
This switch selects between a 5 and 10 minute system timer. If the switch is
ON, then the timer is set for 10 minutes. If the switch is set in the OFF
position, then the timer is set for 5 minutes.
SWX3-and SWX4 Stage 7 and 8 Heat/Cool Options
SWX3 and SWX4 operate in combination and affect Stages 7 and 8 as given
in Table 2. If SWX3 is ON and SWX4 is OFF, then Stage 8 is set for Heat. If
switch 3 is ON and switch 4 is ON, then Stages 7 and 8 are both set for Heat.
If SWX3 is OFF and SWX4 is either ON or OFF, then Stages 7 and 8 are both
set for Cooling.
