3.4 Pre-installation requirements
Unpacking the electrode
• Gently pull the protection cap from the electrode 1.
• Lay the electrode on a soft mat/tissue 2.
• Keep the protection cap in the original packaging 3.
3.5 Electrical connection
CAUTION!
•
Never touch or scratch the pH sensitive glass tip of the electrode.
• Make sure that the glass tip is clean and dust-free. If necessary, clean the tip as described on
page 35
