Safety instructions
1.1 Intended use
The OPTIFLUX 5000 SW OPTIFLUX 5000 SW OPTIFLUX 5000 SW OPTIFLUX 5000 SW flowmeter measures the volumetric flow rate of electrically conductive
liquids, acids, alkaline solutions, pastes and slurries, also with very high solid contents.
1.2 Certification
The device fulfils the statutory requirements of the following EC directives:
• EMC Directive 2004/108/EC in conjunction with EN 61326-1: 2006
• Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC in conjunction with EN 61010-1: 2001
• Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC
The manufacturer certifies successful testing of the product by applying the CE marking.
