Using your phone as a mass storage device (Mass
Storage)
Your phone can only be used as a mass storage
device if you have a memory card inserted.
From Idle mode, press the

Menu soft key to
access the main Menu.
Press

for
Settings.
Press

for
Connection.
Press

for
USB Connection Mode and press
.
Highlight

Mass Storage and press
.
Connect your phone to your PC. Your phone will

be connected as Mass Storage Mode.
Do not disconnect during transfer.
Note: Your phone must be unplugged from your
PC to initiate Mass Storage.
Note: Mass storage backs up content saved
on your memory card only, not your handset
memory.
Always Ask
This option allows you to choose the proper USB
Connection Mode when you try to connect your
phone to a PC.
