Finding the solution
You can use this section to find the solution to common
copier/scanner problems.
Scanning problems
● The scanner did nothing
● No preview appeared on the screen
● Scanned image is of poor quality
● Part of the image did not scan or text is missing
● The text cannot be edited
● The scan takes too long
● Error messages appear on the screen
Copying problems
● No copy came out of the printer or the scanner did nothing
