The main section in the Overview page shows multiple boxes called portlets that provide summary
information about the selected server/host or VM. The portlets that appear can vary based on your
configuration and the selected VMware component. Portlets show information such as:

Server/Host Information

Networking
•
Infrastructure

Software/Firmware
•
Storage
•
News Feed (a list of recent events)
•
Tasks
For detailed information about portlet items, do one of the following:
•
Click More at the bottom of the portlet
•
Select the name of the portlet from the navigation list. (vSphere .Net Client only.)
•
Click the corresponding navigation button. (vSphere Web Client only.)
