The output value is an array populated with an integer count for each
possible stripe length in the array.
NOTE:
The system will use a heuristic to return only stripe lengths of
possible "Right-Sized" stripes. For example: Suppose there are 5
available primordi¬al extents (HPSVSP_ImportedExtent), 3 extents
of 50GB and 2 extents of 100GB. Although there are 5
backend-LU's available, the stripe sizes returned will be [1,2,3],
since the largest stripe length possible (without using dissimlar
sized extents) would consist of the 3 50GB extents.
