3. Panel Menu: Toggle among print setting panels, an application-specific panel,
and a summary of print settings for the document.
4. ?: Open MacHelp.
5. Preview: View an online preview of the printed document.
6. Save as PDF: Save a copy of the document in Adobe PDF format.
7. Fax: Click to send the document as a fax.
Note: The Fax option is available in Mac OS X 10.3 and later only.
8. Cancel: Close the Print dialog box without printing the document.
9. Print: Print the document.
10.4 Managing the printer (Mac OS X 10.3 and later)
Use Printer List to manage the printer.
Managing the printer includes the following tasks:
• Adding a printer

Opening Printer List
Follow these steps to open Printer List:
1. In the Apple menu, click System Preferences.
2. In the System Preferences dialog box, click Print & Fax.
