ethernet connection

The printer's built-in ethernet feature allows you to connect the printer directly to an

ethernet network without the need for an external print server.

The printer's built-in ethernet feature does not support AppleTalk. Only

Macintosh computers that are running Mac OS 9.04+ or Mac OS X v10.1+ and

that support TCP/IP can communicate with the printer via the built-in ethernet

feature.
