3. Click OK to clear notification settings for the selected event types.
The Notification Events page displays all event types available for devices and
applications selected on the Notification page ( Figure 50 ). To clear notification
settings for all event types displayed on the Notification Events page (on all table
pages), click Clear All to display the Clear Confirmation page. Click OK to
clear notification settings for all event types displayed on all table pages.
Note: Using Clear All ignores any selection of individual event types.
Creating a New Notification for a User
You can set notification parameters based on the needs of a particular user. A
selected user receives e-mail and/or e-mail pager notification based on options
selected on the user’s properties page.
Note: User notification properties must be properly set for the user to receive
notifications. See “ Configuring User Properties for Notification ,” on page 68 for details.
