Option 1: Point and Print Installation
The Point and Print installation is only available on Windows 95, Windows 98, and
Windows NT 4.0 clients, but is quicker to set up than the Add Printer Installation.

Select Start
Find
Computer from the Taskbar.

Enter the name of the computer where the printer software is installed and click
Find Now.

Double-click the computer icon.

Double-click on the name of the shared HP DeskJet 970C Series printer.

When asked if you want Windows to set up the printer and continue this
operation, click Yes.

Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setting up the printer.
