Language Codes
If you are doing an “add printer” installation in Windows 95, Windows 98, or
Windows NT 4.0, you need to browse to the INF file for your operating system’s
language.
• Windows 95 and Windows 98: The INF file is in the path:
[CD drive letter]: \[language code]\9xinf\HPDJ.INF
• Windows NT 4.0: The INF file is in the path:
[CD drive letter]: \[language code]\nt4inf\HPDJ.INF
• Windows 3.11 Clients: If you want to copy the Windows 3.11 printer software to a
shared network resource for later installation from the network to the client,
copy the files from [CD Drive Letter]:\[language code]\31\
*.*.
