Click on the Services tab in the HP Printer Properties dialog box, then click on the

In the Printer Services tab, you can access an electronic copy of the HP DeskJet
Printer User’s Guide for Windows as well as perform printer maintenance services.

Note: When you install your printer on a network, your HP Printer
Properties dialog box has a Services tab, which enables you to access
your HP DeskJet Toolbox. If you install your printer on a network, you
will not have a desktop toolbox and you can only access your printer
through the HP Printer Properties dialog box.
