KEYPAD LOCKING

To lock the keypad, hold down the # key. To unlock it, press it again.

The

icon will appear on the lower part of the screen.

With the keypad locked, you can still receive calls normally. When a call is received, the
keys are enabled again so that you can answer the call. Once the call is finished, the
keypad will return to its previous locked state.

There is an option in the menu Settings\User settings\Keypad lock\Auto, where the
keypad will lock itself automatically after a period of inactivity.

Different locking levels can be programmed.

AUDIO SETTINGS

From the Settings\Audio settings menu you can perform the following:

Select the audio profile.

Modify the ring volume.

Select the ring tone that will sound when you receive an individual call.

Select the ring tone that will sound when you receive a message.

Activate / deactivate the following sounds (independently):
o Keypad.
o Control: service / no service tones.
o Call.
o Call Rx permission: nobody is transmitting on the call underway.
o Call Tx permission: transmission permission granted.
o Received message.
o Sent message.
o All tones.
