Installation Instructions for

instructions and TURN THE POWER TO THE
ELECTRICAL BOX OFF.

Install the Mounting Plate
Separate the mounting plate from the canopy by
removing all four screws.

Secure the mounting plate to the electrical box with the
two #8-32 screws provided. 3

2 Remove the mounting plate from the canopy.
