previous screen.

Call Log Options

For additional information and options for a particular
call, highlight a call log entry

and press

. This feature

gives you the option of selecting:

Talk

to dial the phone number.

Show Entry

to display the Internal Phone Book entry (if

the sender’s phone number is in your Phone Book). If
the phone number is not in your Internal Phone Book,
the

Save

option is displayed.

Save Phone #

to save the sender’s phone number if it is

not already in your Internal Phone Book (if
applicable). See “Saving a Phone Number from a Call
Log” on page xx.)

Prepend

to add numbers to the beginning of the phone

number. (See "Prepending a Phone Number from a
Call Log" on page xx.)

Making a Call from a Call Log

To place a call from a call log is easy:

Press

when viewing the call log.

Prepending a Phone Number from a Call Log

If you need to make a call from a call log and you happen
to be outside your local area code, you can add the
appropriate prefix by following these steps:

1.

From the main menu press

Calls

.

Press the associated digit key to select an option:

Outgoing

calls.

Press

for

Incoming

calls.

Press

for

Missed

calls.

2.

When the list of calls displays, press the scroll keys to
highlight the desired log.

Press

to view options.

Note:

Calls labeled Fax can

only be dialed through a

personal computer.
