Editing Internal Phone Book numbers

Once you have stored a number in the Internal Phone Book
you can easily change it. To change an Internal Phone
Book entry:

1.

From Standby mode, find the Internal Phone Book
entry that you want to change.

2.

Highlight your desired entry and press the

key to

display the name and number.

3.

Press

to display options.

4.

Press

for Edit. Your edit options display. If the

number has been designated as Secret you are
prompted to enter the Lock Code.

Press

to change the phone number.

Press

to change the name.

Press

to move the number to a different location.

Press

to make the number secret.

Press

to Set Speed Dial number.

5.

Press

to save your changes. Press

to return

to Standby mode.

Secret Internal Phone Book numbers

Your Sprint PCS Phone allows you to hide a confidential
number so that only a person with your phone’s lock code
can view the number and name. To make a number secret,
see the previous paragraph. When you have made the
number secret, the phone will not allow anyone to view
information on the number unless they enter your four-
digit lock code.

Erasing Internal Phone Book entries

To erase an entry in the Internal Phone Book:

1.

From Standby mode, find the Internal Phone Book
entry that you want to change.

2.

Highlight your desired entry and press the

key to

display the name and number.

3.

Press the

key for

Options

.

Note:

When erasing

Internal Phone Book

entries all phone

numbers associated

with the entry are

deleted.
