You can assign up to 8 speed dial entries on the Speed Dial List
and then dial them whenever you want by pressing and holding
the associated numeric key.

To call an assigned speed dial number, in Idle mode, press and
hold key 2 through 9 to speed dial the number assigned to that
key.

You can set up Speed Dial entry by assigning a contact in the
Address Book to a Speed Dial number or by selecting an empty
number from the Speed Dial List and pressing Options

Assign

Address Book or FDN Contacts.

Setting Up Speed Dial Entries

1.

In Idle mode, press Menu

Address Book

Speed Dial

List and press the Select soft key or the

key.

2.

Select the key to which you wish to assign the speed-dial

number (the 2 through 9 keys), and press the

key.

3.

Scroll to the contact to assign to this speed dial number

and press the Select soft key or the

key.

Note: Memory location 1 is reserved for your Voice mail server number.

Changing a Contact or Number Assigned to a Key

1.

In Idle mode, press Menu

Address Book

Speed Dial

List and press the Select soft key or the

key.

2.

Highlight the speed dial number location (2 - 9 key) you

want to replace and press the Options soft key.

3.

Select the Change option and press the Right Navigation

key and select Address Book or FDN Contacts.

4.

Scroll to the contact you want to replace the selected

speed dial number and press the Select soft key or the

key.

The “Change Speed Dial?” prompt displays.

5.

Press the Yes soft key to change the contact or No to

cancel.

Deleting Speed Dial Entries

1.

In Idle mode, press Menu

Address Book

Speed Dial

List by using the navigation keys, and press the Select

soft key or the

key.

2.

Select the key you wish to clear and press the Options soft

key.

3.

Select Remove and press the Select soft key or the

key.
