Once the desired letter appears in the display, pause
briefly until the line beneath the letter disappears.
Continue to enter other letters as desired.

to enter a space and continue on to the
next word.

to enter a period.
Entering special characters in multi-tap mode

Press and hold
until a pop-up menu displays. Use
the navigation key to highlight the symbol or punctuation
you want to insert in your message, then press the left
soft key (
)
Done
. The selected symbol or punctuation
appears in the display.

Briefly press
whenever you want to enter a space
after a letter or word.
Tip:
You can also insert symbols by pressing
until
the symbol you want displays.
