INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
** Installation recommendation: JBA recommends in most case that the vehicle be taken to a reputable exhaust shop for installation.
JBA recommends taking the vehicle to a muffler shop and having all slip connections tack welded.

pry bar
ratchet
15mm deep socket
Large channel lock pliers
Start:
1. Remove and inventory the JBA
Exhaust System.
2. Loosen the clamp connecting
the exhaust pipe to the muffler.
Wiggle the Muffler loose from the
over axle pipe.
3. Using pliers or a pry bar, slide
the rubber hanger from the hanger
rod at inside, front of muffler (a
little lube helps). Slide the muffler
assembly forward and remove
from slip hangers.
4. Slide the JBA muffler/tip assem-
blies hangers into the rubber isola-
tors on each side. WD40 or similar
will make this easier.
5. With the axle pipes in the muffler
assemblies adjust mufflers to be
flat, and the tips an equal distance
from the bumper cover. You may
need to use a pry bar and bend the
hangar rods slightly. When you are
satified with the placement, tighten
the clamps securely.
6. Using a soft cloth, wipe the
new JBA tips clean.
