The Power Switch
Rotate the power switch as shown
to turn the camera on. Rotate the power switch as shown
to turn the camera off.

The LCD Illuminator
Pressing the D button while the camera is on
activates the control panel backlight (LCD
illuminator), allowing the display to be read in
the dark. The backlight will remain lit for about
6 seconds or until the shutter is released or the
D button is pressed again.
