Intended use

The lifting out device for ROWELD P800, P1200/48“B may only be mounted on the basic machine with
the appropriate static stability. The lifting out device is only to be used for insertion and lifting out of the
milling device and heating element in the basic machine and the adjusting box.

Read and understand the attached product manual for the chain hoist and chassis!

Î

Fasten the lower section (1) with 8 hexagonal screws (7), 8 washers (8) and 8 hexagonal nuts (9) to
the feeder plate for the basic machine.

Î

Mount the support foot (2) with 4 hexagonal screws (7), 4 washers (8) and 4 hexagonal nuts (9) on
the lower section (1).

Î

Adjust the articulated foot (3) to the substrate appropriately.

Î

Fasten the middle section (4) with 4 hexagonal screws (7), 4 washers (8) and 4 hexagonal nuts (9) to
the reticular membrane of the bottom section (1).

Î

Mount the upper section (5) with the mounted radial arm (6), chassis (12) and connection cable with
4 hexagonal screws (7), 4 washers (8) and 4 hexagonal nuts (9) on the middle section (4).

Î

Open suspension bracket for chain hoist (11) through removal of an SL-retainer and pull out the bolt.

Î

Raise chain hoist (11) under the chassis (12), fold the suspension bracket over the chassis bolt, push
in bolt and secure with an SL-retainer.

Î

Insert the bayonet coupling of the connection cable into the connection of the chain hoist (11) an
indentation ensures that the coupling only fits in one position.
