Î

Push on the bayonet nut and turn.

Î

Push connection cable into the cable holders on the middle section and bottom section. The first line
length should be about 90 cm after the cable trolley due to the swivel range of the radial arm.

Î

Connect the CEE shrouded plug 16A to the power supply.

Check the direction of rotation! The lifting device is clamped clockwise on the works side. If
through actuating the “Lift“ or “Lower“ button the chain hoist moves in the reverse
direction, switch over the phase inverter on the CEE shrouded plug.

Assembly (no. 54176)

Read and understand the attached product manual for the chain hoist and chassis!

Î

Fasten the lower section (1) with 6 hexagonal screws (7), 6 washers (8) and 6 hexagonal nuts (9) to
the feeder plate for the basic machine.

Î

Mount the support foot (2) with 4 hexagonal screws (7), 4 washers (8) and 4 hexagonal nuts (9) on
the lower section (1).

Î

Adjust the articulated foot (3) to the substrate appropriately.

Î

Fasten the upper section (5) with 4 hexagonal screws (7), 4 washers (8) and 4 hexagonal nuts (9) to
the reticular membrane of the bottom section (1).

Î

Mount the radial arm (6) with mounted chassis (12) with 4 hexagonal screws (13), 4 washers (14)
and 4 hexagonal nuts (15) on the upper section (5).

Î

Raise chain hoist (11) under the chassis (12) and attach the hook of the chain hoist (11) in the
chassis.

Î

Command panel with wire rope to the desired height hanging.

Operation

Read and understand the attached product manual for the chain hoist and chassis!

Î

Swivel the radial arm by means of a chain with ring over the heater element or milling device, lower
the lifting hook and move into the desired position.

Î

Hook the lifting hook into the eye of the heater element or milling device.

Î

Lift heater element or milling device slowly and, in doing so, guide by means of the hand grip.

Î

Swivel the raised part on the chain with ring over the basic machine and lower into the desired
position.

Maintenance (no. 54253)

Î

If the braking effect of the radial arm is waning, unfasten the lower groove nut (10); turn the upper
groove nut to the left. If the braking effect is OK, lock the groove nuts with a locknut.
