Operating system requirements
Windows 98SE/2000/ME/XP, DVD-ROM drive, USB port, 150 MHz CPU speed
minimum (recommended), PC connection software (ActiveSync*)
* Dedicated for transferring map data.
If not installed on your computer, install it from the CD-ROM supplied with the main
unit.
Installing the map data to the main unit
1 Connect the supplied AC power adapter and AC power cable to the main
unit, then turn it on.
2 Connect the main unit to your computer with the supplied USB cable.
3 Insert the map disc into your computer.
The software runs automatically.
Transfer the map data to the main unit from your computer, following the on-screen
instructions.
Note
During transfer, do not
− disconnect the USB cable or the AC power adapter.
− turn off the main unit, or reset it.
− shut down the computer, or restart it.

Wenn die Software auf Ihrem Computer nicht installiert ist, installieren Sie sie von
der mit dem Hauptgerät gelieferten CD-ROM.
Installieren der Kartendaten auf dem Hauptgerät
1 Schließen Sie das mitgelieferte Netzteil und das Netzkabel an das
Hauptgerät an und schalten Sie es ein.
2 Schließen Sie das Hauptgerät über das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel an den
Computer an.
3 Setzen Sie die Karten-Disc in den Computer ein.
Die Software wird automatisch gestartet.
Gehen Sie nach den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm vor und übertragen Sie die
Kartendaten vom Computer auf das Hauptgerät.
Hinweis
Während der Übertragung dürfen Sie folgende Schritte nicht ausführen:
− Lösen des USB-Kabels oder des Netzteils
− Ausschalten oder Zurücksetzen des Hauptgeräts
− Herunterfahren oder Neustarten des Computers

S’il n’est pas installé sur votre ordinateur, installez-le à partir du CD-ROM fourni avec
l’appareil principal.
Installation des données cartographiques sur l’appareil
principal
1 Raccordez l’adaptateur secteur fourni et le câble d’alimentation secteur
à l’appareil principal, puis mettez ce dernier sous tension.
2 Raccordez l’appareil principal à votre ordinateur à l’aide du câble USB
fourni.
3 Insérez le disque contenant la carte dans votre ordinateur.
Le logiciel démarre automatiquement.
Transférez les données cartographiques de l’appareil principal vers l’ordinateur en
suivant les instructions affi chées à l’écran.
Remarque
Pendant le transfert :
− ne débranchez pas le câble USB ou l’adaptateur secteur ;
− ne mettez pas l’appareil principal hors tension ou ne le réinitialisez pas ;
− n’arrêtez pas l’ordinateur ou ne le redémarrez pas.

all’unità principale, quindi accendere l’unità.
2 Collegare l’unità principale al computer con il cavo USB in dotazione.
3 Inserire il disco della mappa nel computer.
Il software viene eseguito automaticamente.
Trasferire i dati della mappa nell’unità principale dal computer seguendo le istruzioni
a schermo.
Nota
Durante il trasferimento, assicurarsi di
− non scollegare il cavo USB o l’alimentatore CA.
− non spegnere o reimpostare l’unità principale.
− non spegnere o riavviare il computer.
