Moving a Message to a Different Folder
You can move the recorded messages to
another folder.
1
Select the message you want to move.

Press and hold FOLDER/MENU to enter
the menu mode when the IC recorder is
in the stop or playback mode.
The menu mode window will be
displayed.

Press – . or > + to select “MOVE,”
and then press N PLAY/
STOP•ENTER.
The destination folder indicator flashes.

Press – . or > + to select the folder
that you want to move the message into,
and then press
N PLAY/
STOP•ENTER.
The message is moved to the last
position in the destination folder.
When you move a message to another
folder, the original message in the
previous folder will be deleted.

Press x (stop) to exit the menu mode.
To cancel moving the message
Press x (stop) before step 4.
P Note
If 99 messages have been recorded in the
folder to which you want to move a message,
you cannot move it.
