 Transfer speed depends on the product used. This media supports 8-bit parallel
data transfer when used with Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo ™ compatible products
that are specifically designed for 8-bit parallel data transfer, and this media
also supports 4-bit parallel data transfer when used with Memory Stick PRO ™
compatible products.
* You can use the Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo ™ media inserted into a Memory
Stick Duo ™ Adaptor (sold separately) for standard size Memory Stick PRO ™
compatible products. In this case, the method of data transfer will depend on
product design.
 This media supports MagicGate ™ content protection technology, developed by
Sony. Content protection function in Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo ™ media is the
same as the one in Memory Stick PRO ™ media.
Please confirm that your product is compatible with the content protection
function in Memory Stick PRO ™ media before using.
 Copyright law prohibits unauthorized use of recordings.
 The “Memory Stick File Rescue Service” is a service to recover data from various
types of Sony Memory Stick ™ media. Please refer to the following URL for
further information.

 This media is formatted prior to shipping. To reformat this media, use a Memory

 Do not touch terminal  with your hand or any metal object.
 This media has two grooves on the side (illustration ).
 Do not apply strong pressure to the memo area  when writing onto it.
 Do not strike, bend, drop or wet this media.
 Do not attempt to disassemble or convert this media.
 Do not use or store this media in the following locations:
 Where the range of recommended operating conditions is exceeded.
Inside a closed car in summer or in strong sunshine/in direct sunlight/near a
heater, etc.
 Humid or corrosive locations.
 Verify the correct direction of insertion before use.
 We recommend that you make a backup copy of important data.
Sony shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of data you recorded.
 Recorded data may be damaged or lost in the following situations.
 If you remove this media or Memory Stick Duo ™ Adaptor or turn off the
power while formatting, reading or writing data.
 If you use this media in locations subject to static electricity or electrical noise.

 N’exercez aucune pression excessive sur la zone mémoire  lorsque vous écrivez

 Ne pas cogner, plier, laisser tomber ou mouiller ce support.
 Ne pas essayer de démonter ni de modifier ce support.
 Ne pas utiliser ni ranger ce support aux endroits suivants:
 Endroits exposés à des températures hors des conditions de fonctionnement
recommandées.
A l’intérieur d’une voiture fermée et garée au soleil en été ou en plein soleil/près
d’un appareil de chauffage, etc.
