2 To restart your computer, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete simultaneously. When
the Windows Task Manager appears, select Shut Down and then Restart
from the drop-down list.
Why does the System Properties dialog box display a slower
CPU speed than advertised?
Your computer uses a speed-controlling technology that conserves power and
extends battery life. The System Properties dialog box may display the CPU's
current speed rather than the maximum speed.
