Note: If the Machine is flashing an error code, try having the service
person cycle the breaker for the Power Soak. Occasionally an unstable
power situation from the incoming power supply can cause a false error.
This type of error can be reset by turning the power to the machine off for a
few seconds and then turning it back on.
Please have the “Error Code” information available prior to calling Power
Soak Systems. The machine serial number will also be needed at the time
of the call.
The serial number is 5-6 digits long and
located on the lower corner of the wash
tank closest to the controller.
