Microsoft Lync Example: To use the EasyUSB Mixer/Amp with Microsoft Lync, it must be selected as the audio
device within the Lync applications. Simply go to the Tools menu and select “Options”.
STEP 1: Go to the Tools menu and select Options in the list.
STEP 2: A Lync-Options pop-up will be presented on the screen. Navigate to the Audio Device in the list.
Select EasyUSB Echo Cancelling Speakerphone in the “Select the device you want to use for audio calls:” drop
down list.
STEP 3: Adjust Speaker and Microphone volume to desired levels by moving sliders up and down. Note that
Microsoft Lync employs an automatic gain control (AGC) on the microphone device. This will automatically
adjust incoming microphone level to desired target gain controlled by the Lync client.
STEP 4: Select OK. The Lync application will use the EasyUSB Mixer/Amp for all subsequent audio calls.
