The following example sets the frame format for vlan 1 4/1 to clear:
<configure># set vlan 1 4/1 frame-format clear

mod-swport-range Specifies a single switch port or range of switch ports on a module
to add or remove to or from the VLAN.
frame-format Either 'clear' or 'from-port'.
• Clear means frames set out the specified port[s] on the
specified VLAN will be sent out without tags, regardless of
what the trunking attribute of the switch port[s] is/are set to.
• From-port means that the frames will be sent out with
whatever tag the switch port[s] trunking attribute is set to, if
any.
