Sitzhöhenverstellung: Sitz höher stellen: Sitz entlasten, rechten Hebel nach
oben drehen, in der gewünschten Sitzhöhe loslassen; Sitz tiefer stellen: Sitz
belasten, Hebel nach oben drehen, in der gewünschten Position loslassen.
Seat-height adjustment: to raise the seat: take your weight off the seat, turn the
right lever upwards, let go of the lever when the seat is at the desired height; to
lower the seat: put your weight on the seat, turn the lever upwards, let go of the
lever when the seat is in the desired position.
Sitztiefenverstellung (nur für Ballpoint-Synchron ® -plus-Mechanik): linken Hebel
nach oben drehen, festhalten, Sitzfläche in die gewünschte Position bewegen.
Zur Arretierung (5fach möglich) den Hebel wieder loslassen. Automatische
Rückführung in die Grundposition: Sitz entlasten, Hebel nach oben drehen.
Seat-depth adjustment (only for Ballpoint-Synchron ® -plus mechanism): turn the
left lever upwards, hold on to it, move the seat surface into the desired position.
To lock the seat (5 positions possible), let go of the lever again. To return the
seat automatically to its basic position: take your weight off the seat, turn the
lever upwards.
Lumbalstütze (Option): Verstellung in der Höhe (7 cm): Lumbalstütze mit beiden
Händen nach oben ziehen oder nach unten drücken. Verstellung in der Tiefe (1,5 cm):
Handrad im Uhrzeigersinn drehen (stärkere Vorwölbung) oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
(schwächere Vorwölbung).
Lumbar support (optional extra): to adjust the height (7 cm): using both hands,
pull the lumbar support upwards or push it downwards. To adjust the depth (1.5 cm):
turn the handwheel clockwise (greater curvature) or anticlockwise (smaller curvature).

Ballpoint-Synchron ® -Mechanik:
Aktivierung der Synchronbewegung: Taste drücken, Rückenlehne belasten.
Arretierung der Synchronbewegung (5fach möglich): Taste in der gewünschten
Rückenlehnenposition erneut drücken.
Ballpoint-Synchron ® mechanism:
To activate the synchronised movement: press the button and apply pressure to
the backrest. To lock the synchronised movement (5 positions possible): press
the button again when the backrest is in the desired position.
Sitzneigung: Der Sitz hat eine Grundneigung von –5° (nur bei Ballpoint-Synchron ® -
plus Mechanik). Alternativ kann die Sitzneigung auf -1° beschränkt werden: Taste
drücken, Rückenlehne belasten und nach hinten lehnen. Rückführung in die
Grundneigung: Taste erneut drücken und Rückenlehne belasten (abholen).
Seat tilt: the seat has a basic tilt of -5° (only for Ballpoint-Synchron ® -plus mechanism).
Alternatively, the seat tilt can be limited to -1°: press the button, apply pressure
to the backrest and lean back. To return the seat to its basic tilt: press the button
again and apply pressure to the backrest (guide it back).
Ballpoint-Permanentkontakt-Mechanik:
Zur Aktivierung der Rückenlehnenneigung Taste drücken und Rückenlehne belasten.
Zur Arretierung der Rückenlehnenneigung (5fach möglich) Taste in der gewünschten
Rückenlehnenposition erneut drücken.
Ballpoint-Permanent-Contact mechanism:
To activate the backrest tilt, press the button and apply pressure to the backrest.
To lock the backrest tilt (5 positions possible), press the button again when the
backrest is in the desired position.
Armlehnen Nr. 175/176: höhenverstellbar (10 cm; Taste ➊ drücken), werkzeuglos
breitenverstellbar (3,5 cm); Exzenterverschluß ➋ öffnen – Armlehne in gewünschte
Position schieben – Exzenterverschluß schließen), tiefenverstellbar ➌ (6 cm; Pad
nach vorn oder hinten führen). Beidseitig schwenkbar um 30° ➍ .
Armrests No. 175/176: height-adjustable (10 cm; press button ➊ ), width-adjustable
(3.5 cm) without the use of tools; open the eccentric closure ➋ – push the armrest
into the desired position – close the eccentric closure), depth-adjustable ➌ (6 cm;
move the pad forwards or backwards). 30° swivel range on both sides ➍ .
Armlehnen Nr. 152/155: T-Armlehnen: höhenverstellbar (10 cm; Taste ➊ drücken)
und werkzeuglos breitenverstellbar (2,5 cm) ➋ .
Armrests No. 152/155: T armrests: height-adjustable (10 cm; press button ➊ )
and width-adjustable (2,5 cm) ➋ without the use of tools.
Mehr Rückenlehnengegendruck:
Handrad im Uhrzeigersinn drehen; weniger Rückenlehnengegendruck: Handrad
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Ballpoint-Synchron ® -plus-Mechanik (Abb.):
seitlicher Hebel zur bequemen Einstellung im Sitzen.
To increase backrest counterpressure:
turn the handwheel clockwise; to reduce backrest counterpressure: turn the
handwheel anticlockwise. Ballpoint-Synchron ® -plus mechanism (ill.): side-mounted
lever for convenient adjustment while sitting.
