4. Align holes in throttle body, spacer and gaskets and reinstall throttle body bolts. Hand tighten all bolts snug
before tightening evenly to 9 ft-lbs. Remove the original round rubber gasket from the top of the throttle body
and replace with the supplied 6” round rubber gasket.
5. Remove bolt securing the OE plenum support bracket from the throttle body and instal the supplied
1/4-20x2.5” threaded stud in its place. A small amount of thread locker is suggested. Next install Plenum
Support, flange up, over the threaded stud. The bottom of the Plenum Support may have to be trimmed
due to varing heights of throttle bodies to acheive the correct seal between the plenum and throttle body.
3. Remove (4) throttle body bolts and set aside. Lift throttle body to install Throttle Body Spacer underneath.
Place a Throttle Body Spacer Gasket on top and bottom of Throttle Body Spacer to install being sure to discard
the original gasket.
