Left Hand Male Cut

• Place the worktop face down
• Place the jig face down with two plastic pegs in the countersunk Male

Peg Holes (5) and push the jig firmly against the post formed edge

NOTE: Before clamping, ensure the jig is positioned correctly so that the
worktop will not be cut too short for the joint.
• Once the jig is in position secure firmly with G-clamps
• To start, place the router on the left hand side of the jig
• Only cut to an 8mm depth with each pass. Repeat the process until the

cut is complete

• Make one extra pass across the cut to clean off excess material

Left Hand Male Bolt Slots

• Keep the worktop face down
• Place the jig face up with two plastic pegs in the countersunk Male Peg

Holes (5)

• Place the remaining two pegs in the Bolt Peg Holes (7)
• Position the jig over the worktop, before securing the jig in position with

G-clamps

• The bolt slots need to be cut to a depth of 20mm. Do not exceed 8mm

cutting depth with each cut

• Follow the pattern, removing any excess material by performing a final

cut

Left Hand Female Cut

• The worktop must be placed with the surface face up and the post-

formed (front) edge facing you

• With the jig facing up, place two plastic pegs in the countersunk Female

Peg Holes (4) which are indicated by an 'F'

• Place another peg into the relevant hole. This will depend on the width of

the worktop being used

• Position the jig over the worktop edge (as shown), before securing the jig

into position with G-clamps

• Place the router on the left hand side. Always cut from left to right

• Only cut to an 8mm depth with each pass. Repeat the process until the

cut is complete

• Make one extra pass across the cut to clean off excess material

Left Hand Female Bolt Slots

• Place the worktop face down
• Place the jig face down with two plastic pegs in the countersunk Male

Peg Holes (5) which are indicated by an ‘M’

• Place the remaining two pegs in the Bolt Peg Holes (7) which are

indicated by a 'B'

• Position the jig over the worktop as shown, before securing the jig into

position with G-clamps

• The bolt slots need to be cut to a depth of 20mm. Do not exceed 8mm

cutting depth with each cut

• Follow the pattern, make one extra pass across the cut to clean off

excess material
