MINI-CINNI ROLLS

1 Cup Roll

Baking Mix

¹

/3

Cup Milk

½ Tsp. Cinnamon

Filling:

2 Tbsp. Softened

Butter or
Margarine

1 ½ Tbsp. Sugar

1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Topping:

4 Tbsp. Powdered

Sugar

1 Tbsp. Water

Preheat the DONUT HOLE MAKER as directed.

In a large bowl, blend baking mix, milk
and cinnamon to form dough.

Turn dough onto surface dusted with

baking mix and knead about 20 times.

Form kneaded dough into a ball and
divide dough into two halves.

Pat or roll half the dough into a

rectangle about ¼ in. thick.

Spread rolled dough with 1 tbsp.

of soft butter or margarine.

Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle
half of the mixture onto rolled dough.

Roll dough as you would for a jelly
roll and cut into 1 in. pieces.

Carefully place pieces into pastry wells.

Close the Lid and cook for 3-7 minutes,

or until light golden brown.

Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.

Remove each mini-cinni roll with wooden or plastic
spoon. Place on plate and and allow to cool.

PUFF PANCAKES

½ Cup All-Purpose,

Unbleached Flour

½ Cup Milk

¼ Cup Butter,

Melted

2 Eggs

Preheat the DONUT HOLE MAKER as directed.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs.

Add flour and milk. Beat just until blended.

Gently mix the batter until blended.
Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Carefully pour into pastry wells.

Close the Lid and cook for 3-7 minutes
until light golden brown in color.

Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.

Remove each muffin with wooden or plastic
spoon. Place on plate and serve.

You may also choose to roll puff pancakes in
powdered sugar and/or inject with jam.
