Direct printing (PictBridge) problems
Status Solution
Cannot locate desired picture. ■ Turn on the camera. Make sure the camera is
not in Favorites mode.
■ Use the Direct print menu to change the image
storage location.
The Direct print menu interface
turns off. Press any button to redisplay the menu.
Cannot print pictures. ■ Ensure that there is a connection between
camera and printer (

■ Ensure the printer and camera have power

Camera or printer display an
error message. Follow the prompts to resolve the issue.
