Policy settings

Description

Allow Wake Timers (AC)

Specifies whether to allow the Windows operating system
to automatically wake your computer from sleep mode on
a timer for scheduled tasks and other programs.

If you enable this policy setting, the system, for example,
might wake automatically to install updates.

This setting is supported only on Windows 7 client
computers.
