Step 5. Remove the foot cover. Refer to “Removing the foot cover”.
Step 6. Remove the optical drive. Refer to “Replacing the optical drive”.
Step 7. Remove the stand holder. Refer to “Removing the stand holder”.
Step 8. Remove the middle cover. Refer to “Removing the middle cover”.
Step 9. Remove the EMI cover. Refer to “Removing the EMI cover”.
Step 10. Remove the speaker system. Refer to “Replacing the speaker system”.
Step 11. Remove the front control board. Refer to “Removing the front control board”.
Step 12. Remove the power switch board. Refer to “Removing the power switch board”.
Step 13. Remove the motherboard. Refer to “Replacing the motherboard”.
Step 14. Disconnect the cable from the connector on the front control board.
Step 15. The LED panel module including: LED panel, touch, touch control board, touch cable, middle case,
chassis, Wi-Fi card antenna, TV-Tuner card antenna, LVDS cable, front bezel.
Step 16. To install the new the LED panel module:
a. Line up the motherboard with the new LED panel module, then secure the motherboard
to the LED panel module.
b. Connect the LVDS cable, Wi-Fi card antenna, TV-Tuner card antenna, touch control board
cable, converter board cable to the connectors on the motherboard.
Step 17. Reattach the power switch board, front control board, system fan, speaker system, EMI cover,
middle cover, stand holder, optical drive, foot cover and stand base.
