6. Align then insert the new wireless card to the wireless socket.
7. Screw in the two screws on the wireless card.
8. Connect the antenna cable to the wireless card.
9. Install the computer cover. Refer to “Completing the installation”.
Replacing the motherboard
To replace the motherboard:
1. Remove the computer cover. Refer to “Removing the computer cover”.
2. Remove the memory module. Refer to step 3 of the “Replacing the
memory module” section.
3. Remove the CPU heat sink. Refer to steps 2 to 4 of the “Replacing the
CPU heat sink” section.
4. Remove the CPU. Refer to steps 3 to 4 of the “Replacing the CPU”
section.
5. Remove the hard disk drive. Refer to steps 2 to 3 of the “Replacing the
hard disk drive” section.
6. Remove the front bezel. Refer to “Removing the front bezel”.
7. Remove the optical disk drive. Refer to step 3 of the “Replacing the
optical disk drive” section.
8. Remove the TV tuner card. Refer to steps 3 to 5 of the “Replacing the
TV tuner card” section.
9. Remove the wireless card. Refer to steps 3 to 5 of the “Replacing the
wireless card” section.
