Press the [Utility/Counter] key.

Touch [Administrator Settings].
? Is it possible to gain access to the Administrator Settings while a job is being executed?
% The machine does not accept access to the Administrator Settings while a job is being executed.
Wait until the execution of the job is completed before attempting to access the Administrator Set-
tings again.

Enter the 8-digit Administrator Password from the keyboard and keypad.
– Press the [C] key to clear all characters.
– Touch [Delete] to delete the last character entered.
– Touch [Shift] to show the upper case/symbol screen.
– Touch [Cancel] to go back to the screen shown in step 2.
