4.2 Print Job List
The print job list displays a list of the print job that has been spooled.
Item Description
Status of Stored Print
Jobs The total number of jobs and the total storage size for the displayed
user are displayed. If print quotas have been set, the quotas for the job
quota and the storage quota will appear, and you can check the stor-
age status on a graph.

Reminder
Under the following circumstances, the statuses of stored
print jobs are not displayed.
- When the print jobs of multiple users are displayed
- When the list of print jobs is the result of a search using
"Document Name"
Search Condition Type or select a condition that you will use to narrow down the list of
print job. Click [Display] to apply the condition that you have specified
and update the print job list.

Reminder
When application administrators display their own list of
print jobs, the list of search conditions does not appear.
Search Range This is displayed when a user is logged in as an application adminis-
trator.
Specify whether the list of spooled data displays the print jobs of all us-
ers or only your own print jobs. Click [Display] to apply the condition
that you have specified and update the print job list.
