The state of the print job is also indicated by icons.

Reminder
The number of pages in the original may not be displayed correctly. In
addition, "Unknown" will be displayed for jobs printed from a client
computer running a Mac OS because the number of pages in the original
cannot be obtained.

Reminder
The number of days until the print job is automatically deleted is
displayed under "Dates to be deleted". If the print job does not have an
automatic deletion date, "-" appears.
Print Job Details Click this button to display the details of the print job entry that you
have selected in the print job list. You cannot display the details of mul-
tiple print job entries at the same time.
Change Print Settings Click this button to change the print settings of the print job entries that
you have selected in the print job list.
Save as Favorite Click this button to save to your favorites the print job that is selected
in the print job list. You cannot remove a document from your favorites.
Delete Click this button to delete the print job entries that you have selected
in the print job list.
Select All/Uncheck All Click this button to select all the print job entries that are displayed in
the print job list. Click this button one more time to clear all the select-
ed items.
Print Job List The print job list displays a list of all the print job that has been spooled
to the My Print Manager server.
To select a print job entry, select its check box.
