The Print Quota Setting(User Groups) window opens.

Type a search condition for the user group you want to display.

Click [Display].
A list of the user groups that match the specified condition is displayed.

Select the user groups that you want to apply print quotas to.
– To select all the user groups, click [Select All].

Click [Print Quota Setting].
The Quota Template window opens.
